Imagine, running latest adobe photoshop on your computer in 1998...

Sounds unbelievable, right?
How on earth does heavy-duty, high-spec software run on a not-so-heavy computer?

Well… that’s the whole problem. It’s not just about Photoshop - it’s about all those powerful apps that quietly demand a beast of a machine. And if you don’t have one? Sorry, access denied. Limitations everywhere. Not cool. 😅

That’s where Neverinstall steps in like a hero.
No fancy high-end computer? No problem. It gives you the power inside your browser.
Boom 💥 A personal cloud computer inside your browser.

How Neverinstall Pulls It Off? 🎩

It turns your regular browser into a powerhouse computer that runs heavy apps like it’s no big deal. 💻🚀

Open Neverinstall in your browser.
Pick the high-end apps you want, choose a server location, and create your workspace.

That’s it - Neverinstall gives you the power, speed, and storage you need.
Now just open your apps inside the browser and use them like they’re running on your own super-charged PC!!

Neverinstall started as a B2C product and completely changed how individuals work. Soon, teams and companies began asking for a B2B solution - something that could offer a simpler, monitored, and controlled workflow while reducing hardware and software costs.

That’s when the need for a B2B dashboard arose - built to support multiple users within an organization.

Unlocking B2B Requirements 🎮

Onboarding

Starting with a seamless onboarding flow to set up an organization account, followed by a centralized dashboard for tracking stats and accessing key features. Includes admin account management and an internal messaging platform to streamline communication.

Create teams

Create dedicated teams for an organization and add members with ease.

Set permissions at a team level for everyone at once, or fine - tune access for individual users when needed.

Add, delete, or modify teams anytime, and assign a shared workspace where members can collaborate smoothly across all team-related apps - ensuring a seamless, structured workflow.

User management

Add, delete, and manage users effortlessly.
Onboard a single user or bulk upload multiple users via CSV in one go.
Manage all members from one place, assign or revoke access controls instantly, and organize users team-wise with ease.

Create Workspaces

Pick the operating system you need.

The admin’s already done the heavy lifting - compute, storage, RAM, all the powerful specs? Sorted and ready for the team.

Now just plug in your favorite apps, hit run, and you’re good to go. Assign the workspace to your team, grant access, and boom - everyone’s in.

Log in. Power up. Enjoy the workspace.

We shared design iterations in phases with Reddit groups and used Google Forms with a Figma prototype link for all dashboard flows. Users received a design brief, submitted their email IDs, and provided feedback through the form.

We also gathered feedback by testing with our onboarded business leads through online meetings. This allowed us to capture their requirements and incorporate their insights directly into our designs in real time.
